Family Express: Saucy Tenders LTO (2026)
To grow our chicken offering, I launched Saucy Tenders as a summer 2026 LTO in three flavors: Buffalo, BBQ and Garlic-Parmesan. Within weeks of launch, the three new SKUs combined to more than double our chicken category sales. Saucy Tenders quickly became one of our top-five sellers, ultimately earning a permanent spot on the menu.
